The Sun Series began in the summer of 2023. I wanted to take images of the sun during it setting and rising at different times of the year and mark the changes in color. I was inspired by the absolute stunning beauty reflected when the seasons, months and time change. As an artist I wanted to give the images a uniformity but let the colors shine through as it does for us everyday.
