The Montauk Art Show on the village green is a cornerstone event of the vibrant art scene on the East End. The Montauk Artists’ Association was founded as the Montauk Artists in 1995 by Percy Heath, an artist, jazz musician, and avid fisherman who brought together local artists to share and showcase their work. What started as a group of artists meeting and having exhibits in members’ homes expanded to a non-profit organization dedicated to “bringing awareness and education of the arts to the adults and children of the East End, as well as creating a place for artists to study and show their work.”
Wickford Art Festival
The Wickford Art Association is excited to be hosting the Wickford Art Festival. The festival hosts more than 150 artists showcasing their fine art in a variety of mediums including ceramics, wood, wearable and decorative fiber, furniture, fine jewelry, drawing, etching, glass, mixed media, painting (watercolors, oil, gouache, acrylic), photography, printmaking, pyrography and sculptures.
Produced by the Wickford Art Association since 1962, we invite you to come and discover the Wickford Art Festival at Wilson Park! The Wickford Art Festival carries on its long history and reputation for featuring some of the top fine artists from across the country.
